If you love the sweet, fragrant taste of mango and peach, you'll love this caffeine-free blend! We added colorful fruits and flowers to organic green rooibos and added natural flavors to create a delightful blend that will thrill you year round.  It brews to an amber cup with a fresh fruit aroma and the sweet taste of ripe Summer mangos and peaches.

Ingredients: Organic Green Rooibos, carrot pieces, cornflower petals, raspberry pieces, natural mango flavor, and natural peach flavor. 

Brew tea at 212º - steep for 5 minutes.

🍑Summer Breeze Simple Syrup🍹

This syrup infuses the delightful notes of Summer Breeze Rooibos tea into a sweet base, perfect for cocktails or other beverages.

Yields: Approximately 2.5 cups Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:

• 4 tsp Summer Breeze Rooibos tea

• 2 cups granulated sugar

• 2 cups water

Instructions:

1. Combine the water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil vigorously at this stage.

3. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat.

4. Add the 4 teaspoons of Summer Breeze Rooibos. (Can add directly or use t-sacs)

5. Let the tea steep in the hot syrup for about 5-7 minutes. 

6. Remove T-Sacs from syrup or strain out tea.

7. Allow the syrup to cool completely to room temperature before using.

8. Store the Summer Breeze Simple Syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

Use in the following cocktail recipe: 

Summer Sunset Sparkler (Tequila)

This version highlights the bright and earthy notes of tequila. Yields approx. 2 drinks.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Tequila Blanco or Reposado
• 1/2 cup Summer Breeze Simple Syrup
• 4-5 fresh basil leaves
• 3-4 slightly thawed frozen peach slices
• 1 cup Seltzer
• Fresh basil sprig and frozen peach slice, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a sturdy cocktail shaker, gently muddle the slightly thawed frozen peach slices and basil leaves. You want to release their flavors, not pulverize them.
2. Add the tequila and Summer Breeze Simple Syrup to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice.
4. Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
5. Double strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
6. Top with seltzer.
7. Garnish with a fresh basil sprig and a slice of frozen peach.

The recipe above also works with different spirits try it with bourbon or gin!

Wholesale Orders:

Orders to wholesale accounts will be shipped via UPS. Freight charges will be assessed prior to shipping. Please notify us if you would like a quote prior to our shipping your order. Otherwise, all orders will have the freight charges added to their merchandise price.

Other Shipping info:

All merchandise purchased through this site is F.O.B. Brookfield, CT. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Simpson & Vail, Inc. to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, please call at: 800-282-8327. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled.
