Summer Breeze Rooibos Sangria Recipe🥭🍑

Summer Breeze Sangria:

Serving size: 3–4 (fills 1 medium sized pitcher)

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Summer Breeze Rooibos 
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 oz. Brandy or Triple Sec (optional—can substitute additional white wine)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 can sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Additional raspberries, peaches, mangos and fresh mint for garnish

 

Directions:

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan, remove from the heat and add the tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the tea and set aside to cool for 15—20 minutes.

Add the raspberries, peaches and mango to a medium sized pitcher. Stir in the cooled tea, white wine, brandy, simple syrup and sparkling water (or club soda). Pour into 12 oz. glasses filled with ice. Garnish with additional raspberries, peaches, mango and fresh mint. Enjoy! 

*Can be made ahead in a medium sized pitcher and stored in the fridge for up to two days. Add the club soda when ready to serve.

 

*MOCKTAIL VERSION

  • 2 oz. orange juice 
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 can sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Additional raspberries, peaches, mangos and fresh mint for garnish
