Apples are fresh picked and slow cooked with sugar, spices and cider to create this delicious butter. Made in the USA.

Ingredients: Fresh Apples, brown sugar, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, natural spice flavor, salt.


Jelly Roll

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup Apple Butter

Combine the flour and baking powder and then set aside.

In a mixing bowl beat egg yolks and vanilla with an electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar, beating on high until sugar is nearly dissolved.

Thoroughly wash beaters. In another bowl beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form (tips curl). Gradually add the 1/3 cup sugar, beating until stiff peaks form (tips stand straight). Fold yolk mixture into beaten egg white mixture. Sprinkle flour mixture over the egg mixture & fold gently until combined.

Spread batter evenly into a greased and floured 15x10x1" jelly roll pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 12-15 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched near center.

Immediately loosen edges of cake from the pan and turn out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up the towel and cake, jelly roll style, starting from one of the cake's short sides. Cool on a rack.

Unroll the cake and remove the towel. Spread the cake with Apple Butter to within 1" of the edge. Roll up the cake and dust with powdered sugar.

Free ground shipping on retail orders over $50 within the continental U.S. If you are shipping to multiple addresses each order must be over $50.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. We normally ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.

International Orders:

Orders shipped outside the US will be shipped via US Postal Mail (either Global Express, Priority Mail or First Class [packages under 4 lbs]). For orders shipping to Canada, freight charges should be calculated at the time of checkout.  For other orders shipping outside the US, additional shipping charges will apply and we will email you the freight total prior to shipping your order. Wholesale Orders:

Orders to wholesale accounts will be shipped via UPS. Freight charges will be assessed prior to shipping. Please notify us if you would like a quote prior to our shipping your order. Otherwise, all orders will have the freight charges added to their merchandise price.

Other Shipping info:

All merchandise purchased through this site is F.O.B. Brookfield, CT. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Simpson & Vail, Inc. to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, please call at: 800-282-8327. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled.
