English Breakfast teas are offered by many companies, but they're all vastly different blends. Our English Breakfast tea is a blend of teas from Taiwan, Sri Lanka, India and China, and was formulated to accompany a hearty breakfast.
These medium sized leaves produce a copper liquor that has a bright and fragrant cup. The tea is smooth and full-bodied with a malty aftertaste that stands up to a splash of milk or lemon.
Ingredients: Black and oolong teas.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes

I had a little bit of trouble finding the right balance of this blend for me. Using exactly one teaspoon made the taste not as strong as I would like. But if I used a very heaping teaspoon, the strength was more to my taste. I liked the flavor, but there are some other S and V blends that I enjoy more and am able to use less tea leaves to get the taste I like.
Our college-aged daughter's go-to tea. She will drink flavored teas on occasion, but always requests S&V English Breakfast for study sessions or just with scones. I love it too--smooth and well-balanced. We keep it stocked!
