You can taste both the strawberries and the rhubarb. It is a bit sweet but not too sweet. We had it on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at noon and on an English Muffin for breakfast. It is a nice treat. It also goes well with a cup of blackberry raspberry tea (mix your own, & ).
This is a delicious jam. Slightly chunky, just enough to know there is fruit in it. I love the flavor but must say, I was disappointed that the first 2 ingredients are Corn Syrup and High Fructose Corn Syrup 🌽 😑. I try to stay away from those ingredients. And jams are sweet enough on their own because fruit is sweet. I make jams and while I use pectin to gel it I never use corn syrup. Still, I love your store and the teas.
I'm a huge fan of strawberry rhubarb. I've finished about half the jar of this and now find I can write a review. This sure is delicious -- but as a jam, I expected a chunkier jam texture. This is very smooth in consistency. I also can't really tell in the flavor that there actually is rhubarb and also because of the texture with it's extreme jaminess, I also can't tell if there are rhubarb pieces in the jar itself. So ultimately, I would have liked more chunky pieces of fruit and more noticeable rhubarb. But I can't really dislike a jar of jam anyway so this stuff is delicious enough for me. It's quite a decent sized jar too!
