Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic matcha, natural raspberry flavor

Brewing: Add 1 tbsp of Raspberry Matcha to 6-8oz of water or milk and mix using a blender or shaker.

Iced Raspberry Matcha Latte (Pictured)

This refreshing and vibrant latte combines the earthy notes of matcha with the sweet and slightly tart flavor of fresh raspberries.

Yields: 1 serving Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons pureed raspberries (about 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, muddled or blended)
• 1 teaspoon S&V Raspberry Matcha powder
• 2 ounces hot water (around 175°F / 80°C)
• 6-8 ounces milk of your choice (dairy or non-dairy, such as oat, almond, or soy)
• Ice

Equipment:

• Small bowl or matcha bowl
• Matcha whisk (chasen) or small regular whisk
• Spoon
• Tall glass

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Raspberry Puree: If you haven't already, puree your raspberries. You can do this by mashing them with a fork, muddling them, or quickly blending them in a small food processor until smooth.
2. Layer the Puree: Spoon the pureed raspberries into the bottom of your tall glass.
3. Whisk the Matcha: In a small bowl, add the S&V Raspberry Matcha powder. Pour in the hot water. Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk (or a small regular whisk) in a "W" or "M" motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and a frothy layer forms on top.
4. Add Ice: Fill your glass with ice cubes, almost to the top.
5. Pour Milk: Slowly pour your milk of choice over the ice.
6. Combine and Serve: Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk and raspberry layers. Watch as the beautiful layers form! Stir gently with a spoon or straw to combine the flavors before enjoying.

International Orders:

Orders shipped outside the US will be shipped via US Postal Mail (either Global Express, Priority Mail or First Class [packages under 4 lbs]). For orders shipping to Canada, freight charges should be calculated at the time of checkout.  For other orders shipping outside the US, additional shipping charges will apply and we will email you the freight total prior to shipping your order. Wholesale Orders:

Orders to wholesale accounts will be shipped via UPS. Freight charges will be assessed prior to shipping. Please notify us if you would like a quote prior to our shipping your order. Otherwise, all orders will have the freight charges added to their merchandise price.

Other Shipping info:

All merchandise purchased through this site is F.O.B. Brookfield, CT. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by Simpson & Vail, Inc. to a common carrier, as well as responsibility for all shipping fees.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, please call at: 800-282-8327. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled.
