MATCHA SORBET
4 tspĀ flavored Matcha
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cream
In a small metal bowl add the matcha, milk and cream. Whisk vigorously. Cover and freeze. Remove from the freezer, chop it up and blend in a food processor. Scoop and serve!

Iced Matcha Blueberry Latte:

Ā Ingredients:
8 oz. milk (or dairy alternative)
1 tbsp Matcha Blueberry Tea Powder
2 1/2 tbsp blueberry sauce (recipe below)
Ā Directions:
Add the matcha powder to 4 oz of the milk to a small bowl or glass measuring cup. Whisk until well combined. In a separate bowl add the remaining milk and 1/2 tbsp blueberry sauce, whisking until combined. Add the remaining 2 tbsp blueberry sauce to the bottom of a 14 oz glass. Fill with ice, then add the blueberry milk, followed by the matcha milk poured over for a layered effect. Enjoy!
Ā Blueberry Sauce:
Makes approximately 1 cup of sauceĀ
Ingredients:
2 cups (fresh or frozen) blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Squeeze of lemonĀ
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook for 2ā3 minutes until the blueberries begin to burst. Remove from the heat and let cool. Pass through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Transfer to the refrigerator until ready to use.
