Using a chilled a martini or other cocktail glass dip the rim in water and then swirl the rim in a plate of chocolate sugar until coated. I used 1 tsp cocoa to 3 tsp sugar.

Valentine's Day Tea White Chocolate Mousse Tarts
(in all honesty - this recipe came from the Keebler box of graham cracker crusts - we only added the tea infusing instructions to the recipe)
Ingredients:
1 can sweet condensed milk
6 1oz squares white choc, chopped
½ tsp almond extract
2 cups whipped cream
2 Tbsp Valentine's Day Blend Tea
2 pkgs Keebler graham pie crusts
Pour 1 cup of cream into a glass cup and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds until hot. Add the 2 Tbsp of Valentine's Day tea to the cream and let steep for 4 minutes. Strain out the tea leaves.
Chill your mixing bowl, beaters and the tea cream.
In a saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Remove from the heat and add almond extract. Cool, stirring occasionally.
In the chilled bowl, beat the cream and the tea cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
Spoon into crusts and refrigerate 4 hours until set.
Garnish as desired with fruit or chocolate.Need a fast dessert? You can also make the infused tea cream, then whip it and layer it in parfait glasses with fresh berries and topped with chocolate shavings. Quick and delicious!

This tea is much like the strawberry cupcake tea only a bit of a raspberry flavor instead.Brewed a cup with a little honey to really bring out the flavor. Highly recommend this tea.... even if its not Valentines Day.
This tea actually does taste like chocolate! I was skeptical about this one but it quickly became one of my favorites.
The Valentine's Black Tea Blend has a delicious well balanced flavor of cocoa and fruitiness. I have been enjoying it as a hot drink and an iced tea.
You know when you walk past the Godiva display case and see those lovely chocolate cups heaped full of fresh berries on the top shelf? That is this tea. I gave up sweets for Lent and this tea got me through the entire season. It's robust and chocolatey with a touch of fresh berry that rounds the cup off beautifully. I especially enjoy it cold (but never iced, I'd hate to dilute that flavor!).
I normally wouldn't think this is my cup of tea (pardon the pun), but it's wonderful. It does taste like chocolate raspberry, but not sweet, so it hits the right notes of being satisfying to a sweet tooth without the calories or sugar. I always have some of this on hand.
