Almond Black Tea
Almond Black Tea
Originally native to the Mediterranean, almonds are now domestically cultivated in many places around the globe. References to almonds can be found in the Old Testament, and, even after all these years, almonds still hold an important part in people's diet. The almond aroma in this tea resembles the heady smell of almond extract.
When brewed the amaretto aroma and taste is reminiscent of marzipan. This aromatic black tea blend has a rich, sweet taste and an aromatic fragrance that will delight your senses! The bright amber cup smells like a hot amaretto toddy but our tea version is, of course, non-alcoholic! The brewed cup has a pronounced, but not overdone, amaretto taste that lingers deliciously on the tongue. As it cools, this tea becomes even smoother with the almond flavor becoming less pronounced.
Ingredients: Black teas, almond pieces and almond flavoring.

This is my favorite tea! I happen to live near Simpson and Vail and make request stops, where I buy this tea a pound at a time.
Everyone I have shared this tea with has fallen in love with it. The strong marzipan smell is much more subtle when brewed.
I prefer it with cream and no sugar.
Hardly any almond taste at all. I had to add slivered almonds to it. A huge disappointment.
My family loves the flavor of this teathe almond taste is strong without being overpowering, and it feels like eating marzipan or almond biscotti! Very cozy to enjoy with pastries (I'm partial to croissants or cookies, but it's also great with coconut flavors like coconut cream pie). I can't recommend this one enough!
II LIKE SWEET AND THIS IS SWEET---BUT NOT TOO MUCH! THE ALMOND FLAVOR IS STRONG--THE AROMA IS JUST AS GOOD---JUST OPEN THE PACKAGE AND ENJOY! A NICE AFTERNOON PICK UP WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF AROMA AND SWEETNESS.
Every year at christmas time my family buys a big tray of those delightful confections shaped like different fruit. You guessed it!! Marzipan!! Now, I can have that yummy flavor anytime I want because this tea tastes just like marzipan!
