The tea brews to an amber cup with a smooth, nutty, slightly sweet taste. It's the perfect blend to enjoy on winter nights while you're sitting by the fire. A definite crowd pleaser!
Ingredients: Black teas, almonds, organic cacao nibs, vanilla beans, natural and artificial maple nut chocolate flavor, and orange blossoms.

Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.
ST. NICK’S BLACK TEA LATTE
2 tsp St. Nick’s Black Tea ½ cup water 1 cup almond milk (or milk, soy milk, etc). 1 ½ tsp. sugar (to taste) Whipped cream Cinnamon
Boil water and pour over St. Nick’s Black Tea. Steep for 4 minutes. While the tea is steeping heat the milk on the stovetop. Strain the brewed tea into a mug. Pour the hot milk over the tea in the mug. Stir in sugar, top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

ST. NICK'S TEA CHEESECAKE
The holidays are a VERY busy time of the year. With everything to think about and all the things that need to be done (shopping, wrapping, shipping, cleaning, cooking, entertaining. holiday concerts, ... ) here's a dessert that's easy and fast. You can make your own graham cracker crust or purchase pre-made ones to make this recipe even easier.
2 pkgs (12) small graham cracker crusts 2 pkgs (16 oz total) cream cheese, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs
Heat oven to 325°F.
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed until blended. Spoon into crusts.
Bake 25 minutes until centers are almost set. Cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate 2 hours.
Make tea cream: In a small saucepan combine: 2/3 cup whipping cream 4 tsp St. Nick's Black Tea
Heat the cream until hot and steaming, but not boiling. Remove from the heat and add the tea. Cover and steep 4 minutes. Strain the tea cream into a measuring glass and add extra cream to reach 2/3 cup. Refrigerate tea cream, stainless mixing bowl and beaters.
Assemble: When the cheesecakes are cool, beat the tea cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread onto the cooled cheesecakes.
Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, chocolate shavings, whatever your heart desires.

This was the first Simpson & Vail tea I ever tasted. It was one of the featured tees at my favorite place for afternoon tea peace Hill Farm in St Charles City Virginia. I was skeptical about trying it based on my past experience with chocolate teas which always posted chemical and artificial. This tea is anything but. It is nothing short of fabulous.

Perfection in a cup
When I openened the packet I knew that I had hit the Jackpot. The aroma was everything I have been looking for in a tea. Cozy, nutty, mapley, bakery and everything needed for a tea fix in a cup. I have tried teas from the most prominent companies from around the world looking for 'My Tea', one or two have come close, but this blend is the Holy Grail. Please do not stop making this one. A super large bag is definitely on my next order. Its just perfect the way it is, with no flavour outdoing the other.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, please call at: 800-282-8327. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled.
