Mocktails and Cocktails with your favorite Iced Teas

It’s National Iced Tea Month!  We’ve just launched a new line of five different iced teabags.  These new iced teabags make it easy to brew up a batch of iced teas and, with one bag making a gallon of iced tea, it’s easy to make a few other drinks besides traditional iced tea.  Here are a few ideas to get you started.

This brisk black tea blend is made from orange pekoe and broken orange pekoe leaves that don’t cloud when brewed cold, making it the perfect iced tea choice for you and your guests. With or without sweeteners, this traditional black tea is bright and refreshing.

Try these recipes using the traditional teabags:

Lemonade Iced Tea

Mix 1/2 glass of our Traditional Iced tea with 1/2 glass of lemonade (regular or hard). Add ice and an orange slice. Refreshing!

Peachy Iced Tea

Mix 1/2 cup of iced tea with 1/4 cup of peach juice and 1/4 cup of club soda. Serve over ice with maraschino cherries.

Cherry Limeade Tea

Mix 1/3 cup of Tart Cherry Limeade with 2/3 cup of Iced Tea. Add a lime slice and serve over ice.

This organic black tea blend brews to a deep copper color with a fresh lemon aroma and a smooth, refreshing taste. It’s perfect for quenching your thirst on a hot summer day.

Lemon Quencher Iced Tea with Orange Mango

Transport yourself to a land of desert sands, caravans and palm tree filled oasis, with this delicious blend of organic spearmint and organic green tea. Traditionally, Moroccan Mint tea is served sweetened with sugar, although you can always substitute honey, agave, syrup or whatever sweetener you prefer. This tea brews to a golden cup with a smooth mint flavor.

Moroccan Mint Iced Tea with Berries

1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup blackberries
1-1/2 tsp simple syrup
1 1/4 cup Moroccan Mint Iced Tea
Ice

In a cocktail shaker muddle blueberries and blackberries. When berries are pulverized, add the simple syrup and Moroccan Mint tea. Shake or stir. Strain into an ice filled glass.

Perfect for lazy summer days, this organic herbal blend brews to a ruby red color with a tropical fruit taste. Caffeine free and bursting with flavor, this “tea” will be enjoyed by young and old alike. Add a little sweetener or seltzer to brighten up the taste!

Dragonfruit Fusion Iced Tea with Prosecco

Mix 3/4 cup of our Dragonfruit Fusion herbal Iced tea with 1/4 cup of prosecco. Serve chilled with an orange slice.

Whether you like your iced teas “straight up” or mixed with juices, alcohol or fruit, we’re sure you’ll enjoy our new selection of easy to brew iced teas!
