Ingredients: Organic China black tippy tea, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, organic ginger and gingerbread flavoring.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.
Blueberry Gingerbread Tea Muffins
Ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp gingerbread tea 1 cup water
2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup molasses 1/2 cup oil (canola, sunflower…)
Boil water and steep the tea for 4 minutes. Strain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs then add sugar, molasses and oil. Beat until blended. In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, soda and spices. Slowly add the flour mix to the eggs mixture and mix until blended. Add the brewed tea. Fold in the blueberries. Pour batter 2/3 full in the muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
These muffins are very moist and delicious. Try them with a cup of S&V tea!
Not well balanced - the cloves overwhelm everything else and are strong to a point of being a little numbing. Perhaps I got a batch that was mis-mixed? I love ginger and was expecting more ginger and some molasses to come through.

Clove forward, but a good gingerbread flavor
Out of the bag this smells like straight up clovey, molassesy, gingerbread. Steeped, it loses some of the gingerbread and becomes a little more clove forward — almost chai-like. A spoon of sugar and splash of milk and you got yourself a delicious chai gingerbread tea latte. Yum!

Absolutely wonderful
I love ginger. I love gingerbread. I love this blend. Could honestly use more ginger, but... well, not everyone is a ginger fiend. Neither the gingerbread flavor nor the black tea flavor come through particularly strong, but it's a very well-balanced delicate tea. I chug it straight but I can picture it being excellent with cream as well. It loses a great deal of flavor when cold, so icing it is not recommended. Apples or gingersnaps make for a wonderful snack pairing (yes I eat more things with ginger in them alongside this tea - shush).

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, please call at: 800-282-8327. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise cannot be canceled.
