    Sidehill Farm Berry Jams -

Bursting with peak-season flavor, our newest collection of berry jams captures the essence of summer in every jar. From vibrant spreads to chunky preserves, scroll down to discover the perfect pairings for your morning toast or afternoon treats.

    Four Berry Jam:

Why choose just one when you can have it all?  Well, four berry flavors anyway.

Imagine four great berry flavors coming together to create one memorable jam.

Sidehill Farm takes pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods their great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit and more flavor in every bite. They combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it.

Ingredients: Nothing but Strawberries, Red Raspberries, Wild Blueberries, Cranberries and pure cane sugar.

No Pectin, No Preservatives, Non-GMO, Non-Fat, and Gluten Free.

    Raspberry Peach Jam:

The great grandmother of Kelt Naylor, at Sidehill Farm, called this "Peach Melba" jam but whatever the name, Raspberries and Peaches belong together. The mellow flavor of peaches and the tart flavor of raspberries make for a complex jam flavor that stands the test of time.

    🌹Blooms S&V Represents through Tea -

    Lilac Bouquet Black Tea

Romance of the leaves! Springtime wouldn't be complete without the intoxicating aroma of lilacs blooming! Towards the end of every winter I anxiously check my lilac bushes every day for the new growth that heralds the end of the snowy season. In bloom, their aroma has the ability to brighten my day and make all my dreams seem possible. I cut the blooms and place them in a vase in my car so I can carry their abundant fragrance with me on my travels.

We created this floral tea so that I can enjoy the amazing aroma of lilacs at any time of the year. This tea blend brews to a deep amber cup with a fragrant taste that leaves a delightful flowery aftertaste on the palate.

Ingredients: Black teas, natural and artificial flavor, and erica flowers.

    Rose Congou Black Tea:

During the drying process, China black tea is delicately scented with rose petals to produce Rose Congou Tea. The resulting brew is a fragrant copper colored cup with a slightly sweet floral taste. Roses have long been heralded as symbols of romance, respect, hope and beauty. Try a cup of this aromatic brew and see what unfolds for you!

Try pairing Rose Congou tea with poultry dishes, fruits (especially raspberry and lemon), soft cheeses (like brie), sweets (such as shortbread, cakes, cookies, scones) and chocolate.

    Violet Black Tea:

I love springtime! The beginning of the growing season, the plants coming alive, the birds rapturously serenading, the warmer breezes blowing... I always hold off on the first mowing of my lawn as I hate to destroy the beautiful sea of green, happy yellow dandelion flowers and the varying array of cheery violet flowers. In my garden beds I always like to grow borders of different violets. Their happy little petals put a spring in my step and add a new dimension to my culinary creations. I love to pick violet petals and candy them with sugar to make decorations on cakes and muffins.

When we were looking for new floral teas to offer I was thrilled to find this violet flavor. Added to our black tea blend, it produces a deep amber cup that is wonderfully fragrant. This tea tastes like springtime in a cup!

Ingredients: Black teas, natural and artificial flavor, and mallow blossoms.

Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.

    Violet Iced Tea:
Put approximately ½ ounce (¼ cup) of loose Violet tea into a small container. Pour boiling water over the tea to cover. Let steep 5 minutes, strain out leaves into a ½ gallon (8 cup) container and add cold water to fill. Sweeten as desired. Stir and refrigerate.

If your iced tea gets cloudy, add a few drops of boiling water to the brew.
