Sip Your Way into Enchantment: Exploring the Magic of our New Fairy Tale Teas Gift Box

Put on the kettle and brew up a cup of one of Simpson & Vail’s new Fairy Tale Teas!

Simpson & Vail is thrilled to announce the launch of this new fairy tale tea gift box that’s perfect for young and old alike. Soon after the launching of our popular Literary Tea line, I've wanted to introduce teas based on Fairy Tales.  It's taken quite a few years, but we're thrilled with this new gift box!

The fairy tale inspired blends in the box are based off five classics tales: Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Rumpelstiltskin, Little Red Riding Hood, Little Snow White, and Hansel and Gretel.  

"But Grandmother! What big teeth you have," said Little Red Riding Hood her voice quivering slightly. "The better to eat you with, my dear," roared the wolf ....

Little Red Riding Hood tea is a caffeine-free herbal blend that imparts a heavenly aroma of chocolatey goodness and the taste of a delicious chocolate cupcake. 

"...After three days of wandering, they follow a dove to a clearing in the woods, and discover a gingerbread house. Hungry and tired, the children begin to eat the house, when the door opens and the elderly woman that lives there emerges and lures the children inside with the promise of soft beds and delicious food. "

Hansel and Gretel is a black tea blend with a heady, spicy aroma and the flavors of gingerbread spices. 

"First she tasted the porridge of the Great Big Bear, and that was too hot for her. Next she tasted the porridge of the Middle-sized Bear, but that was too cold for her. And then she went to the porridge of the Little Wee Bear, and tasted it, and that was neither too hot nor too cold, but just right, and she liked it so well that she ate it all up, every bit!"

Goldilocks and the Three Bears is a caffeine-free herbal that brews to a ruby red cup with a bright, full fruity flavor that is slightly sweet and a little tangy and is reminiscent of light pear with grape notes. 

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall,
Who in this land is fairest of all?
The mirror said:
You, my queen, are fair; it is true.
But Little Snow-White is still
A thousand times fairer than you."

Little Snow White is a caffeine-free herbal blend of green rooibos with cacao and cinnamon and flavored with Bavarian chocolate, cinnamon and hazelnuts. 

"Tonight tonight, my plans I make,
tomorrow tomorrow, the baby I take.
The queen will never win the game,
for Rumpelstiltskin is my name."

The Rumpelstiltskin blend is a fabulously fruity caffeine-free blend that brews to a light pink cup with the tropical taste of pineapple combined with light citrus and sweet fruit flavors. 

Each kraft package contains approx. ½ of an ounce of loose-leaf teas and is adorned with a beautiful, nostalgic label that features scenes from the classic fairy tales of your youth. Four of the blends are caffeine free, making them perfect to drink while reading bedtime stories.
